I am hoping to see the ice sculptures - and I am hoping someone can advise if it%26#39;s worthwhile to book a trip to Harbin for the second week in March. It just wasn%26#39;t possible for me to get there earlier unfortunately!
Also, if you could advise on the best location / hotel for a short weekend stay that would be fantastic.

Nope, don%26#39;t think they%26#39;ll still be worth seeing (or even standing) in March.
However if you%26#39;re still after somewhere nice to stay, tell us your expected budget range.
