I%26#39;m going to be visiting Shanghai for the first time and was wondering if there is anywhere you can go to buy clothes/handbags at a good price. As so many items sold in the UK seem to be made in China I was hoping to find some sort of outlet shop to go to.

There are so many opinions on this topic. I think the best shopping is at the department stores. Parksons etc, no fakes and resasonable prices. The problem is sizing. Chinese are small. The only outlets you will find are at the Hong Qiou expo center. These are not fakes. Don%26#39;t worry, you will find tons of shopping. There is a shoe/clothing shop called hot winds that also has shoes like Born and Liz Claiborne. If you want sportswear, Decathalon is not to be missed, they are a french Company with ski and resort wear that is made in china, it%26#39;s fabulous, they have four outlets in China. decathlon.com.cn/english/entreprise/entrepri…

Name brand stuff is everywhere and at little stores everywhere, but it%26#39;s random shopping.

in Qipu Rd Market you can buy some clothes and handbags at a good price :-)
