China in August with CTS

We are hoping to do three weeks in China in August, on a comprehensive tour organised by CTS, but not as part of a group, as we will have our teenage son with us and need to be flexible enough to accommodate his likes and dislikes.

Has anyone any experience of CTS or can advise us of what the temperatures will be like? We know it will be hot, but will we still be able to enjoy the sights?

Thanks in anticipation,

Sheila Jones

No offence, but I hope your son isn%26#39;t a spoiled brat? Maybe I%26#39;m reading too much into what you wrote, sorry if I%26#39;ve misinterpreted.

China is big and temperatures would vary according to where you%26#39;re visiting, which you didn%26#39;t mention. Take a look at http://www.wunderground.com for historical data for various destinations and judge for yourself.

We went to China with CTS Horizons - is that the same company? It was excellent - they took us to places off the beaten track I would not have thought to go to (eg a farmer who paints, near Xian - got lovely painting of chinese chickens %26amp; sunflowers, now over my piano).

We went in September - weather excellent, only poured all day on the Great Wall, but at least we were the only people there (Mutianju).

it%26#39;s a nice travel agency,i sued to work there.

as k me free if you have aquestions
