Li River Cruise

I have read about the cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo and return.

Can it be done in referse in one day?? Start in Yangshuo, go to Guilin and return??

It seems that this cruise only starts in Guilin. Is that correct?

My idea is to go directly to Yangshuo and skip Guilin BUT we would like to do the Li River cruise.

Noticed this too,...is the river perhaps to narrow for passing ships ??

Someone knows the answer ??

I%26#39;m not sure but I think I%26#39;ve heard that they don%26#39;t take passengers on the return trip.

You should try one of the smaller raft rides like the one near Xingping... sorry, don%26#39;t remember details!

I can say that the cruises do not go Yangshuo to Guilin because they are going upstream and the current load is quite high with out the boats taking passengers and increasing their displacement to push against the current.

There are smaller local boat trips out of Yangshuo which are 10% of the Guilin Yangshuo cruise and you still get to see the most scenic part of the Li River.
