Booking tour to China, and they use the Jiangxi Hotel,
8 Hengyitiao, Fengtai district. It was supposed to be
finished around 1 February 07. Is the location close a
subway as I can not find the address.

Fengtai district is south Beijing, beyond 3rd ring road. No subway there AFAIK.
