Flight Fare from India to China

Could any one suggest me economical and good airline? I want to fly

1. Mumbai to Beijing.

2. Return- Shanghai to Mumbai.

I don%26#39;t think there%26#39;re direct flights for either.

Air India flies the latter with 2 stopovers, departing on Thu/Sat/Sun.
